These delicious collagen-boosting smoothie recipes are the ultimate beauty secret

Although there are multiple treatments and creams to take care of the skin, diet is also key to good health.

Having beautiful skin comes first and foremost thanks to our diet. Who has never seen unsightly pimples appear or have had a dull complexion after consuming too much fat, too much sugar, too much salt, too much alcohol? Lack of sleep, pollution, and stress are also significant factors.

To avoid this, you must consume ingredients rich in antioxidants, beta-carotenes, fibers, vitamins C, vitamins A ... What better than a smoothie to fill up with good things (be careful, consume in moderation, too of sugar, kills sugar)! I’m coming out of a pretty stressful period where I took refuge in junk food.

Ideally, drink the juice in the morning on an empty stomach and supplement with a balanced breakfast. Avoid consuming them in the evening, these juices are still high in sugar.

Pineapple Green Smoothie

Pineapple is a delicious exotic fruit rich in water and enzymes that help flush toxins from the body. Besides, its antioxidant action helps keep beautiful, smooth skin. Lemon also helps flush toxins from the body and promotes healing of the skin.

As for spinach (or any other "leaf" - salad, kale), it's great for fighting acne!

  • 1/4 pineapple
  • 1 handful of spinach leaves
  • juice of a lemon
  • 1 cup of mineral water/cold green tea/apple juice
  • Optional: add chia seeds / spirulina / cocoa kernels / pollen / aloe Vera / Acai /…

Pineapple / Cucumber Green Smoothie

Similar to the previous smoothie, I love to add a few pieces of cucumber to add freshness to the juice! Also, cucumber is our skin's best friend, it will provide it with a lot of hydration.

  • 1/4 pineapple
  • 1 handful of spinach leaves
  • juice of a lemon
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • your choice: 1/2 cup of mineral water / cold green tea/apple juice
  • Optional: add chia seeds / spirulina / cocoa kernels / pollen / aloe Vera / Acai /…

Energy boost smoothie with banana and blueberries

Although bananas are high in sugar, they contain a lot of good nutrients that maintain the elasticity of the skin. Besides, it provides the necessary energy to start the day.

Blueberries (or any other red berry) are rich in antioxidants which fight against skin aging. Plus, they help keep skin smooth by tightening pores.

  • 1 handful of spinach leaves
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 1/2 bananas
  • your choice: 200 ml of vegetable milk (coconut or almond) / mineral water / cold green tea/apple juice
  • Optional: add chia seeds / spirulina / cocoa kernels / pollen / aloe Vera / Acai /…

Healthy glow smoothie

Carrots are one of the best snack foods! We can enjoy them with a hummus dip, in a smoothie, or as is. It is our skin's best friend for a beautiful, fresh, radiant, and tanned complexion!

  • 1/4 pineapple
  • 1 handful of spinach leaves
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 cup of carrot juice
  • Optional: add chia seeds / spirulina / cocoa kernels / pollen / aloe Vera / Acai /…

Pink smoothie

The beautiful skin recipe: make a vitamin cocktail bursting with energy with beetroots and ginger!

  • 1 medium beetroot
  • two carrots, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon of fresh ginger,
  • 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • Optional: goji berries/ acai/ chia seeds / spirulina / cocoa kernels / pollen / aloe Vera...

These are some of my favorite recipes (to modify of course according to taste)! Don't hesitate to steep chunks of fresh fruit directly with some water! It's super light, calorie-free, and hydrating to drink all day long!

For those in a hurry in the morning, don't hesitate to spend some extra time of the weekends chopping and dividing the fruit mixes into freezer bags. All you have to do is remove a bag from the freezer, let it thaw a little, add the liquid, and put it in the blender!

Guaranteed time-saving!
